Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ari03 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activity does not violate any applicable local law that directly and personally prohibits you from participating.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You do not already hold another active Account on the ari03 Platform. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the ari03 Platform or had an Account permanently closed by ari03 for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ari03 or any of its affiliated companies or game-supply partners.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ari03 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification (KTP, passport, or SIM) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe stipulated by ari03 support may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of services on the ari03 Platform, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date at the time of submission.
• You will promptly notify ari03 of any change to your registered details via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected].
• You will keep your Account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ari03 implements mandatory KYC verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than three months), and a selfie with the identity document. ari03 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit may be suspended pending verification.

All financial transactions on the ari03 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ari03 does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or foreign-currency accounts. The following payment channels are supported:

Deposits: Funds deposited by bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your ari03 Account balance upon confirmed receipt. ari03 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. Fully verified Accounts typically receive withdrawal confirmation within five minutes during business hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the following business day. ari03 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal processing window of up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances, including during high-volume periods, bank maintenance windows, or where additional compliance checks are required.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are communicated in your Account dashboard and may vary based on Account tier and verification status. ari03 reserves the right to request the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

ari03 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free-bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino and sportsbook bets contribute at rates specified per promotion. Certain games (e.g., low-margin table games, ties/draws in sports) may be excluded entirely.
3. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited unless the promotion page specifies a shorter period. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per Account at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
5. Abuse: ari03 reserves the right to void bonuses and close Accounts where promotional abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms is detected. ari03's determination of abuse is final.
6. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount withdrawable from a bonus is capped at five times (5×) the bonus amount credited.

ari03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review the full terms of each promotion before opting in.

The ari03 sportsbook covers pre-match and in-play betting across a comprehensive range of markets, including English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, Piala AFF, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Mix parlay (accumulator) and bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets are available on selected fixtures.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Quoted odds are subject to change before confirmation and ari03 is not liable for delays caused by connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Bets placed on events whose results are already known at the time of placement are void and stakes are returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, ari03's specific sport rules (available in the sportsbook help section) govern whether bets stand or are voided. In general, bets on postponed fixtures are voided if the event is not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original kick-off time.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are communicated in the sportsbook betting interface. ari03 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any Account.
• For live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Live Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and game-show titles — the rules of each specific game as presented by the dealer and displayed in the game interface take precedence. In case of a game malfunction or disconnection, ari03's technical team will review the game log and apply a fair resolution based on the recorded game state.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the ari03 Platform use independently verified random-number generation (RNG). Draw results are final once published. Claims of draw result errors must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw via the support channel.

ari03 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. ari03 provides the following tools, accessible from your Account dashboard, to help you maintain control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a voluntary break from betting for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During this period, your Account is restricted from deposits and wagering.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ari03 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. After the minimum period, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a mandatory 48-hour consideration period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ari03 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

1. Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
3. Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to fund your Account.
4. Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial conduct that uses the ari03 Platform to conceal the origin or destination of funds.
5. Attempting to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in the Platform's pricing or RNG systems.
6. Coordinating with other Players to collude, manipulate odds, or conduct matched betting in a manner designed to circumvent bonus terms.
7. Using automated bots, scripts, or mechanical aids to place bets or interact with the Platform at speeds or scales not possible by a human Player.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ari03 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written authorisation from ari03.

All content on the ari03 Platform — including but not limited to the ari03 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ari03 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You must not reproduce, republish, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ari03.

ari03 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ari03 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to process transactions (e.g., with payment processors such as BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA), to comply with legal obligations, or to enforce these Terms. All data transmissions between your device and ari03 servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ari03 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or draw results that are subsequently corrected by ari03 in accordance with its published rules.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, Indonesian banking systems, or national telecommunications infrastructure.

In any event, ari03's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your ari03 Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits ari03's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ari03's negligence.

ari03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ari03 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ari03 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. ari03 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. Players are reminded that the legal status of online gambling varies by jurisdiction and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them personally.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by ari03's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
